Technological excellence brings Liege on to the Japanese market After the conquest of Belgian markets, the Renkin company is winning over the international market. This young Liege-based company was already present in Spain, Greece, Ireland and Mexico, but its products have now met the definite Japanese requirements. The company designs and manufactures equipment for bakeries (automatic retarder-prover, blastfreezer, fridges and deep-freezer,...). The automatic prover, suitable for racks or plates, includes an electronical system which allows the baker to program his work. With its technological added value, this material suits every market in the world, and this is a unique feature in the field. Technical and aesthetic qualities have convinced the Japanese importer, after a careful study, to choose this company rather than their competitors. This new contract attests to the technological value and the reliability of their product. EMRO, a Japanese company, sets up office in Liege EMRO is a Japanese company specialized in microbiological technologies. They develop, manufacture and distribute products based on micro-organisms to be used for environmental protection, in particular, in the treatment of used waters and waste. This plant, operational since last July, could become the distribution center for Benelux, Germany and France. Why was Liege chosen? "First of all because of its geographical location, close to Holland and Germany, next to dense communication networks", says Mr IKEMI, Director. "And also because of the high quality of the water ; this is a prerequisite for our production". ![]() |
