Call centers: a first in Belgium
Some companies have more telecommunications needs than others... This led us to design and create an area which caters specifically for these demands, an area where they can find everything they need, i.e. infrastructure, telecom services, a qualified and mutilingual workforce,... all under the same roof, so that they just have to switch on their computer and select their employees. This is a first in Belgium.

When it comes to choosing a location for the call centers, Liege is particularly well suited thanks to its most important features such as a qualified workforce, multilinguism, high productivity rate, moderate salaries, low rental conditions, its excellent geographical location near to Dutch and German borders and financial aid available for the setting up of such installations. The buildings as well as the infrastructure of the site have been studied to offer the best possible conditions.
Priority clause
You will find buildings ready for occupation, land for construction, a telebase including four equipped buildings (each covering 400 m2) for rent or sale. Furthermore, and this is also a first, a special priority clause with Belgacom, the Belgian telecom operator, guarantees a very high standard of service (see below "Practical information - reliability").

- connection within a maximum of two working days
- guarantee of intervention and repair within a maximum of four hours

- secure node of the Belgacom optical fiber network 300 meters from the building, telecontrol of lines
- close to regional hub of teledistribution network (less than 1 km from the building)
- any type of connection possible ( X25, EURO-ISDN, VPN Services, 800 numbers,...)
- special reductions for high volume users ( at present up to 25%) for international green numbers.

- investment incentives: cash grant up to 21% - additionnal European incentives
- training incentives: from 50 to 80% of your total training costs
- a five year exemption of the property and industrial tax
